Credit; Friend Or Foe?
Credit is a pandemic and highly contagious. Credit on a global scale has been used to develop nations, on a more local scale to buy a house or start a business and on a day to day scale, spend on credit, paying the credit card later. All leading to a tendency to live beyond our means. But used with wisdom credit enables aforementioned Nations to make jumps in production or literacy levels, people to own houses and businesses and the everyday life to have the extras.
So my friend or foe ponder is one of a personal nature. My own thought is, to go into debt cautiously but not fearfully. Mortgages and car payments rightfully reward people of good financial standing to spread payment over time.
